. . . liked the signs you liked, London Girl. The Pink Taxi does look a tad tiny though, doesn't it --. Reminds me of an anecdote they tell about Jackie Gleason, a comedian famous among other things for "The Honeymooners" long before your time. New York had just inaugurated a mini-taxi system consisting mostly of Volkswagen Beetles and Gleason, a rather hefty fellow to say the least, needed to get from Point A to Point B late one night. Having failed to get a cab the conventional way, by phone, Gleason stormed into the street, hailed a nearby minicab, squeezed himself in, and snarled at the driver: "Take me to a taxi!!"
