Nice Guy at the Tube Station

The last few days my tube tickets haven't been working. I've always had to go see an attendant to be let through the doors. Don't know why. Today, a complete stranger saw that I couldn't get it and just said, "here, love," and swiped his card across my stall to let me in on his pass. How nice! That one came out of left field.
